4. Intellectual Property

AI-Generated Content

All AI-generated artwork, images, and content created through the Service are the exclusive property of Mipiece. When you purchase artwork through our Service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal display purposes.

User-Uploaded Content

By uploading images (including room photos) to the Service, you grant Mipiece a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, product development, and display on any platform or channel.

Service Content

The Service, its original content, features, functionality, and all generated content remain the exclusive property of Mipiece. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Pinterest) for content sharing. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional and promotional text messages from mipiece, including order updates, shipping notifications, cart reminders, product recommendations, and promotional offers for custom wall art. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START.
