30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for the request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, returned artwork must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
• Returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would prefer another artwork, size, or finish, contact us and we will help with exchange options when available.
