Where We Ship

mipiece currently ships to most of North America, Europe, Australia, and select Asian countries. Enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available for your location.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping to most locations. If a remote-area or special handling fee applies, it will be shown clearly before checkout is completed.

Delivery Time

  • Canvas prints usually arrive in 5-8 business days.
  • Artist hand-painted pieces usually arrive in 13-15 business days.

Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or remote delivery locations.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send tracking information by email. We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and similar regional partners depending on destination.

Packaging

Artwork is packed for safe transit. Prints ship in protective tubes or custom boxes. Hand-painted pieces receive layered protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and artwork. We will help arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before the order ships, but we may not be able to reroute a package after it has been handed to the carrier.
